6 ounces or 3/4 cup of cold water

Pour the gelatin into a mixing bowl and add the freshly boiled water. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.

Stir in the vodka and the cold water. Mix the ingredients. Now is the time to pour your shot mix into your containers.

The jello shot ingredients will set as they are but if you put it in the refrigerator it will set quicker.

30 to 50 proof requires 3 ounces of cold water for every 3 ounces of liquor.
80 to 100 requires 6 ounces of cold water for every 6 ounces of liquor.
150 to 200 (if you have the nerve) requires 10 ounces of cold water for every 6 ounces of liquor.
